You will explore new ways of looking at yourself and the world around you. You’ll experience gentle shifts in perspective and gain healthy skills to help you create the life you really want.
BreathingRoom consists of 8 modules designed to be completed over 8 weeks. Each module is packed with new ideas presented through videos, music, true stories, movie and book ideas, and more. You’ll hear a medical expert share his personal struggles and the steps that helped him overcome obstacles and create a life with meaning and purpose. The program host will guide you through the program while sharing with you her personal struggles.
