How Much Time Does It Take?
BreathingRoom™ is available online 24/7 and takes only a few minutes every day. The program was designed to be taken over 8 weeks, for 20 to 30 minutes a day. But there’s no set timeframe for completing BreathingRoom™. Some people like to do the modules in order or you can choose to go through them randomly. We hope you’ll enjoy BreathingRoom™ so much that you’ll add the activities you learn from it into your daily life.
