How Much Time Does It Take?

BreathingRoom is available online 24/7 and takes only a few minutes every day. The program was designed to be taken over 8 weeks, for 20 to 30 minutes a day. But there’s no set timeframe for completing BreathingRoom. Some people like to do the modules in order or you can choose to go through them randomly. We hope you’ll enjoy BreathingRoom so much that you’ll add the activities you learn from it into your daily life.
