BreathingRoom’s program is filled with engaging multi-media tools that help students learn to cope with challenges and create connections with themselves and others.
Our program and app were built by Cinim – an integrative health and research institute – in partnership with universities, government and over 100 youth volunteers.

I feel like as I have been going through BreathingRoom, I have learned that failure is going to happen, it’s about how I learn to bounce back and gain confidence for the next time.
